Working together to prepare lunch or dinner is probably the essence of teamwork: the right ingredients, the right way at the right time, by the right people. Are any corporate bells ringing?
You don’t need expensive kitchens or a professional chef. Trust your team’s talents, coordinate the process, and make sure all teams stay on track to have appetizers, salads, and entrees ready on time.
Before entering the “kitchen,” strengthen team dynamics and coordination through our optional Chefs Bootcamp. In groups of 8–12 people, engage in fun activities designed to improve teamwork and get parts of the recipe booklet you need.
Then, in smaller teams of 5–8, use the included ingredients and kitchen utensils to prepare the lunch menu. Examples include:
Despite the short preparation time and coordination challenge, the results are always impressive. Guests will serve and eat prepared dishes, with only cutlery, bread and desserts/fruit provided by the property.
Let’s toast to our successful cooking!
